The middle school boys placed fourth overall, with eighth grader Rex Bammerlin medaling for third place. Personal records were also achieved by seventh grade boys Jared Yorde, Nicholas Houck, Landon Hewett, and Clayton Laslo.
The middle school girls team made Northridge history Saturday for being the first Northridge Cross Country team ever to bring home a first place trophy. All five eighth graders on the team – Makayla Harris, Shelby Yorde, Riley Bunstine, Darian Dick, and Emma Garee – not only set their own individual records and earned top medals but also placed first with their combined score at the invitational.
